TST Named Inaugural “MSP MVP” by US Oral Surgery Management

At a glance
US Oral Surgery Management (USOSM) named The Solutions Team its inaugural MSP MVP. The recognition centers on the security, operational standards, and consistency expected of IT partners supporting USOSM-affiliated practices.
On November 12, 2025, The Solutions Team announced that US Oral Surgery Management had named TST the inaugural recipient of its “MSP MVP” distinction.
For our team, the recognition reflects the work behind a dependable IT relationship: protecting access, preparing for recovery, standardizing systems, and supporting the people who rely on them every day.
What is the USOSM MSP MVP program?
The program establishes security and operational expectations for managed service providers supporting USOSM-affiliated practices. It brings cybersecurity, data governance, and service reliability into a consistent framework for healthcare IT partners.
TST was recognized as the program’s first MSP MVP. The distinction connects our specialty healthcare focus with the standards needed to support a nationwide organization.
Required services in the MSP MVP program
The program brochure identifies five required service areas:
- Email and mailbox management.
- Antivirus and endpoint detection and response (EDR) coverage on all endpoints.
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for remote and administrative access.
- Backup and disaster recovery, with offsite backup required.
- Desktop support: 8×5 minimum coverage, with 24×7 optional.
These are the program’s requirements. Desktop support has an 8×5 minimum; 24×7 coverage is optional. The support hours and scope for your practice are defined in your service agreement.
Security and compliance requirements
Alongside the required services, the brochure lists five security and compliance measures:
- Endpoint encryption and secure access
- Patch management policies
- Annual security risk assessments
- A signed business associate agreement (BAA) with USOSM
- Notification of vulnerabilities
Together, these requirements set expectations for how participating IT partners protect access, manage systems, assess risks, and communicate security concerns.

Chad Ehmke, Chief Information Officer at US Oral Surgery Management, described the relationship this way:
“Partnering with TST has been one of the best IT decisions we have made at USOSM.”
That relationship is built around consistent support across a complex organization. Standardization, clear responsibility, and an understanding of specialty practice workflows all matter when multiple providers and locations depend on the same technology foundation.
What this means for your practice
Choosing an IT partner is about more than resolving the next ticket. Ask how that partner protects access, prepares for downtime, coordinates clinical systems, and keeps support consistent as your organization grows.
TST brings those priorities together with healthcare-focused support, active monitoring, and a flat monthly fee. The goal is a more predictable relationship between your practice and the team responsible for its technology.
