Todd founded The Solutions Team in 2007. Around 2011, he turned down an attractive account because it would have split a technician’s attention between that business and a surgery center.
That decision helped define the company. Focusing on specialty healthcare meant learning more about the systems practices use and carrying that experience into the next relationship.
