Questions before the next step
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Choosing an IT partner starts with understanding how the relationship works. Find answers about your practice, our services, and what comes next.
Your practice & your systems
Start with the fit: your specialty, your locations, and the software your team relies on.
TST focuses on specialty healthcare practices, including oral and maxillofacial surgery, ENT, OB-GYN, orthopedics, plastic surgery, dermatology, ophthalmology, urology, and gastroenterology. The first conversation looks at your specialty, clinical systems, locations, and support needs.
Yes. TST supports organizations across 43 states and helps practices bring locations into a consistent approach to systems, security, and support. The first conversation covers your current footprint and growth plans.
An IT review starts with the systems you use today. Replacing clinical or practice management software is a separate decision that should account for workflow, vendor requirements, migration, and training. TST can discuss infrastructure, access, and vendor coordination around your current applications.
Services & pricing
Understand what sits behind the monthly fee and what to bring to a quote conversation.
TST provides managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud backup and disaster recovery, Device as a Service, and TST Voice. Its managed approach brings support, system management, vendor coordination, projects, and technology planning into one relationship.
The scope and monthly fee are defined around your organization. Your proposal should make clear which services, devices, users, and locations are covered, along with how projects and changes are handled.
Start with the number of users and locations, your devices and servers, the clinical applications you use, and your current support problems. TST uses that information to discuss a service scope and flat monthly rate. Include any planned moves, acquisitions, or additional providers in the conversation.
Support, security & recovery
Get clear on responsibilities, coverage, and the systems that keep your practice working.
Discuss your clinical hours, locations, critical systems, after-hours needs, and escalation process with TST. Your service agreement should identify the coverage and response expectations for your practice. Continuous monitoring and a staffed help desk are different services, so confirm how each applies.
TST includes third-party vendor management in its service approach. The agreement should define coordination responsibilities and identify which application-specific work belongs to your software or equipment provider.
Ask which systems and data are covered, where backups are stored, how recovery is tested, and who coordinates the response to an outage. Discuss how long your practice can tolerate disruption and what data loss would mean for the clinical day before setting recovery priorities.
Getting started & making a change
You can start with a question before you have a finished plan.
A planned transition starts with system documentation, access, vendor contacts, and responsibilities. TST works with you on the handoff and timing around practice needs. The transition plan should be agreed before changes begin.
Yes. Start with your concerns, current systems, and what you want to understand. You can have that conversation while keeping your existing support in place. Any technical review or transition should include agreed access, responsibilities, and coordination.
Book a conversation with TST or request a free network assessment. Bring your specialty, number of locations and users, critical applications, recurring issues, and upcoming changes. The team will discuss your priorities and the appropriate next step.
